Citizenm Paris Opera Hotel

The hotel was clean with helpful staff who provided us with great breakfasts.

Loved an electronic key card, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room. The bed was very comfy; and there was a roll-in shower. The location of this cool hotel was absolutely perfect, on the underground in Paris👍

our experience here was really great. came in paris to relax and have fun, this brand-new hotel was reasonable base for doing it. so very friendly staff explained where we were staying. the location was excellent for exploring this very very nice area, just next door to friendly nature of the staff and all major attractions and tons of good restaurants.

Room size is a joke!!! No kettle for tea means I had to trek to a communal area for hot water. That iPad controlling everything? Constantly annoying to use!!!

I had a lovely stay and especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast with tons of options and the cozy vibe in the lounge area. The only downside was the room felt a bit cramped, but it wasn't a major issue. If you're planning a visit, definitely take advantage of the great local dining nearby 😊

First off, the bed was honestly one of the most comfortable I've ever encountered, like sleeping on a cloud. And the self check-in was seamless. I was able to get to my room in no time after a long flight!

Oh là là, the food options around CitizenM are to die for! We stumbled upon La Pince a Cornichons just steps away, and those fresh canapés were as good as a Parisian sunset. Breakfast at the hotel was also a treat-squeezed orange juice and fresh raspberries hit the spot! The cozy pod style room added to the charm of our stay.

Now, I gotta keep it real-those pre-made pancakes were a bit of a letdown, sitting under plastic like they were on a break from the main event. Plus, the high-tech iPad?
